We work your hours
We’re in West Africa, on GMT+1. That means we share a full working day with London — same hours, same day, no waiting overnight for an answer. If you’re on the US East Coast, we’re online through your entire morning.
This is the part most offshore partnerships get wrong. You shouldn’t have to write a brief so airtight it survives twelve hours of silence.
Hours: 9–5 WAT (GMT+1), Monday to Friday
Response: same working day for anything sent before 3pm WAT, next working day otherwise

Capacity and turnaround
We are deliberately small and we don’t pretend otherwise. Two to three concurrent builds. When we’re full, we’ll tell you we’re full rather than take the work and let it slip.
A standard WordPress build runs one to two weeks from approved designs. Straightforward builds land inside a week. WooCommerce depends on catalogue complexity and integrations, we’ll give you a real number before you commit to your client, not an optimistic one.
You get a date. If it’s going to move, you hear it from us before your client hears it from you.
How it works under your brand
NDA first. Signed before we see anything. Standard.
You own the relationship. We don’t contact your client, don’t appear in their inbox, and don’t exist as far as they’re concerned. No credits, no footer link, no portfolio post without your written say-so.
You get one point of contact. Leo. Not a project manager relaying messages to a team you never meet, the person doing the work is the person answering you.
Staging on our infrastructure or yours, your call. Handover is a clean, documented deployment with everything you need to support it yourself.
Comms on your terms. Slack, email, or your PM tool. A written update every week and immediate escalation on anything that threatens a date.
